The Training Coordinator is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of various training programs and curriculums in an effort to enhance employees' skills, boost morale, and improve overall work efficiency. A successful Training Coordinator is proficient in identifying training needs, developing course materials, and coordinating learning sessions tailored to the capacities and aspirations of the Field Services Division. This role will work closely with other internal training resources as well as external resources or agencies to deliver training programs and solutions to the workforce. The role will execute current training programs available but also assess developmental needs to drive strategic training decisions and initiatives.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically execute current Training Programs in place.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding training needs, instructional design, and methodologies based on feedback and outcomes.
- Perform needs assessments on an organization level and identify skills or knowledge gaps (GAP Analysis) that need to be addressed through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare appropriate training methods per case, including simulations, mentoring, on-the-job-training, professional development, and so on.
- Develop new Training strategies, associated materials and implementation roadmaps to ensure workforce development activities meet the needs of the Services Group.
- Identify, develop and maintain external relationships with workforce development resources capable of being providers of solutions to meet training needs.
- Ensure a consistent and effective training delivery system is used by in-house training resources.
- Develop a network of possible external training resources and potential external funding partnerships.
- Develop employee training progression expectations and methodologies to track and monitor the overall performance of trainees to enhance the feedback and training experience.
- Maintain metrics and records of training activities, participation progress, and program effectiveness through detailed reporting methods.
- Maintain training records for the Services Group.
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
- Organize train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
- Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
- Track training related expenditures for budget purposes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Able to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Competent applying technical information and possess excellent personal computing and administrative skills.
- Experience developing training plans, programs and curriculums.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills including the ability to interpret, sort, and effectively express critical information to a broad range of employees.

- Familiar with MS Office Applications.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCERequired Education / Experience
- Associate's degree in business, education or a related field
- 3-5 years related experience in training, teaching, or related area
