**THE WORK**
As the Training System Coordinator , you will establish and direct a comprehensive training system that ensures the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of aircraft, systems, ground equipment, tools, and facilities. You will analyze current operating challenges and future requirements to identify training needs, developing programs that address these needs. This role involves coordinating with all divisions to assess and support their training requirements, as well as maintaining company-wide training programs and qualification records. Staying current with technical developments and training methodologies is key, as you will be responsible for updating and maintaining instructional materials and manuals. Additionally, you will coordinate all internal technical training and manage external contract sales training programs.

**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Experience working in SAP or similar system
**Desired Skills:**
Familiar with Atlas Learning System
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong Written and verbal communication skills
Previous supervisor experience
Previous Sikorsky operations experience

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
