This includes uploading custom content into the Mission's HRIS and assigning. In addition, this position will work closely with the Director to create custom content using tools like Articulate Storyline and invideo. This position will also play a key role in onboarding new employees into the Mission.Pay Range: $57,0615 - $81,065 Salary The above pay range is a guideline. For candidates who meet the qualifications of the job, the Mission's Compensation Philosophy is to target the middle of the range. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final pay rate to be offered. Factors include (but are not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training as well as internal equity, market and other business considerations.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. How you will serve
- Develop learning and development curriculum to meet needs of program participants and employees.
- Assist with managing the evaluation process for all learning & development program, including long term evaluations of impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training programs are meeting the Mission's needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure their training content meets the standards as defined by the Learning and Development team.
- Coordinates the tuition reimbursement process for internal employees
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Reviews training materials prepared by instructors.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.

How you qualify
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource, Education, Organizational Development or related field is required. A combination of education and/or 4 years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
- 2+ years of progressive experience delivering training programs in an adult learning environment
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools -Articulate Storyline or invideo
- Experience using a Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required; Paycom is highly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - expert in PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong bias to action and able to operate autonomously at a high level of ambiguity with shifting priorities
