Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Develop, perform and maintain annual operator competency review. Establish SOPs and new work instructions and perform periodic survey of employees to ensure compliance. Establish program and coordinate new/transfer employee training. Ongoing critique of existing techniques, habits and procedures and provision of training when change is required. Maintain training database for all training of hourly personnel.
