Role Overview
KPOT Korean hot Pot and BBQ is seeking a Training Manager to join the operations team. The Training Manager will partner with the operations senior leadership to own and manage field restaurant learning and development programs. With a focus on the enhancement of new opening training needs and trainer certification programs.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the trainer certification program
- Ensure regional management, and company trainers are versed in specific restaurant opening training skills
- Audit materials to ensure compliance with SOP updates and new restaurant needs/programs
- Conduct training restaurant opening evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training
- Drive NSO evolution and development of training materials to support employee development and success
- Manage cross functional projects to support NSO procedures

- Manage and create video based training content in line with restaurant learning needs with the field
Qualifications
- Restaurant Experience in Full Dining
- Prior experience managing training solutions in a restaurant environment
- Proficient in Word, G Suite (google sheets, hangout, etc.), and excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience creating video based training content and workflows
- Ability to travel frequently with flexible working hours
- Travel time subject to change: approx. 50% of the month (this includes out of state)
- Strong BOH experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) Required
