Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various roles and functions within the company.
- Conduct training sessions in both one-on-one and group settings, utilizing engaging and effective teaching methods.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations, and adjust programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and addresses specific needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials, incorporating new technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to ensure ongoing development and success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in training content.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, ideally within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Proven ability to create and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in both classroom and one-on-one settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in either Austin, TX, or Atlanta, GA.
