The Human Resources Enterprise provides comprehensive human resources services to state government entities.Key Responsibilities:Serve as lead contact and operational support for the LMS (Workday Learning).Partner with agencies to leverage and apply the LMS for training and development needs.Participate in Workday planning events with HCM and Workday leads to create, manage and update materials.Create action plan(s) that will help managers and supervisors understand their role and the processes they need to comply with in Workday.Design, develop and maintain training solutions that support the growth and development of employees.Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to design, prepare, evaluate, and maintain professional development solutions, including training courses and materials.Partner and collaborate on PDS projects (department or enterprise requests).Contribute to the creation of training materials, including SCORM files, using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360.Build effective partnerships and foster collaboration with co-workers, business partners, leadership, customer agencies, union representatives, and vendors.Participate in special projects: Contribute to various initiatives within HRE or PDS as assigned.Ideal Candidate Profile:Previous Workday or other HRIS education experience.Able to work independently, resourceful, and action-oriented.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.Strong oral and written communication skills.Previous experience in training, learning and development or education.Minimum Requirements:Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university and experience equal to three years full-time work in one or a combination of the following areas:Professional training, teaching or counseling experience in an educational setting;Professional personnel administration including such areas as job analysis, performance appraisal system, selection devices or labor relations;Professional experience in a major technical program area utilized by the employing agency;OR a combination of education and experience to total seven years, substituting experience equal to one year of full-time qualifying work for each thirty semester hours of qualifying coursework;OR a combination of education and experience to total seven years, substituting thirty semester hours of graduate coursework for each year of qualifying experience;OR employees with current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes experience equal to twelve months of full time work as a Training Specialist 1;OR employees with current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes experience equal to six years' full-time qualifying work.Thank you for considering a career with us!
