Work as part of the training team which is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to employees. You will be responsible for providing instructional design support by implementing forward thinking training methodology through the use of instructor led and technology-based training tools. You are also responsible for providing departmental support with the execution and development of processes and logistics associated with all training functions.Essential functions:Develops curriculum and delivers formal training programs for audiences of varying levels ofsophistication: training programs cover site specified areas such as but not limited to FSMA, EHS,Production, Quality, Maintenance, and so onExecutes training on time with allocated resourcesMonitors trainee progress during training programsEvaluates current training materials; makes recommendations to improve training materials toimprove user comprehension and learning transfer to their jobIdentifies and selects appropriate instructional design through numerous modalities meeting the training needs of the organizationSelects and develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at the completion of training coursesResearches, analyzes, and recommends future internal and external training programsAdministers, maintains, and streamlines the external training processesEducates clients on the training department's policies and proceduresParticipates in developing a site training calendarConnects new information to current processes and learning objectives to create effective trainingprograms.Captures and communicates policy and procedures to outside customersIdentifies and suggests ways to improve/streamline department processes, procedures, interactions,service and financial successResponsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safetyregulatory considerationsIf accountable for the work of others, be responsible for ensuring theyunderstand and comply$30 - $35/hour, overtime opportunity, profit sharing, top-shelf benefits, relocation on a case-by-case basis.
