Key Role: Provide SME support to the management of a DoD-wide training program, including coordinating with Combatant Commands to ensure USCYBERCOM-assigned forces are trained, certified, and interoperable with other Joint Forces. Establish and maintain training and certification standards for the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and other Joint Cyberspace operations forces enabling USCYBERCOM operations. Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives, reinforces Joint standards, and facilitates the readiness assessment of Cyberspace forces. Develop requirements for collective training and exercise events, including training evaluations assessments and assist with identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally to USCYBERCOM and across the Joint Force. Develop and provide recommendations to the Joint client regarding strategy, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for the joint employment of Cyberspace operations forces. Assist with the coordination and development of Joint mission essential tasks, review of Joint mission essential task lists, and assessing USCYBERCOM's ability to meet the Joint mission essential task list standards. Support the validation of CMF and other USCYBERCOM assigned forces to meet the training the standards necessary to execute Combatant Command Cyberspace operations support requirements effectively Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of training experience with an emphasis on training standards and developing training pipelines.
- 1 year of experience with developing and Maintaining Job qualification Standards (JQS)
- Experience with basic computer expertise, including the Microsoft Office tool suite
- Possession of strong data analysis skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience supporting data gathering using various techniques, such as working groups, interviews, and surveys.
- Ability to work independently and with groups
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working for or supporting a COCOM; JFHQ-C command; Joint Duty Assignment; or CMF team
- Strategic Knowledge (Policy, governance, service & COCOM)
- Data analytics (training execution stats)
- Command Orders process and writing
- Knowledge of service training, accessions, manpower and presentation models
- Knowledge of cyber workforce frameworks: JCT&CS, DCWF, and NICE
- Knowledge of CMF history and structure
- Experience interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders
