Billion Dollar privately held manufacturer with locations throughout the US is seeking a Training Specialist. This is a junior position, and we will look at entry level with the proper degree (BS/BA minimum) and some related internship or training work experience up to 5 years. Any industry or service. We are not looking for management or supervisory experience.There are already curricula in place for all programs from entry-level, service, engineering, and leadership development which must be tweaked and formalized for each program. Some content will be outsourced or provided by the various departments, some will be personally delivered.Will be the coordinator for all training programs. Limited travel to other sites on occasion. Must have excellent communication and coordination skills and will be dealing with management, executives, and vendors to provide all training programs. This is a very visible position with great potential for promotion. Strongly prefer local candidates, but will consider relocation assistance.
