- Coordinate with Managers and Partners on all aspects of transaction advisory work including tax due diligence, tax structuring, and after-tax cash modeling
- Research risks related to the transaction and communicate accordingly to the team and client
- Support Associate and Intern training and development
- Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure the highest level of client service is achieved
- Assist in the completion of timely deliverables to clients
- Maintain personal networks, and participate in civic, charitable, and professional organizations
Qualifications Education/Licensing
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, or other relevant field, from an accredited university required
- Master's Degree preferred, but not required
- CPA certification, or active pursuit of CPA certification, preferred
- Other professional certifications desired
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Tax due diligence experience preferred, but not required
- 2+ years of C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership tax return preparation experience
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to think critically and make effective decisions
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Client service mentality
