Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to enhance our transaction management team. You will work alongside another experienced coordinator, focusing on the critical task of closing out current deals. Your role will involve:
- Clearing Property Titles: Ensuring all properties under contract are ready for wholesale or direct purchase.
- Communication: Regular interaction with sellers, buyers, attorneys, and real estate agents to keep all parties updated and ensure smooth progress of transactions.
- Contract Management: Drafting and managing contracts for both our acquisition and disposition teams.
- Property Coordination: Organizing property walkthroughs, managing inspections, and ensuring properties meet our standards with proper documentation and visuals.
- Financial Management: Overseeing the funding of deals, including handling earnest money deposits and managing wire transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite transaction closures.
- Maintain continuous communication with all parties to keep transactions moving forward.
- Coordinate with the acquisition and disposition teams to prepare and execute contracts.
- Schedule and manage property inspections, ensuring all listings are thoroughly documented and meet quality standards.
- Manage financial transactions related to property deals, including deposits and payments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the real estate industry (Preferably from title companies, or foreclosure law office)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Capability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment.
- A commitment to in-office collaboration is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
