About the Role:
As a CBRE Transaction Management Director, you will provide strategic, hands-on transaction management leadership to a team of transaction management professionals who negotiate new leases, renewals, dispositions of surplus space, and more. This position will provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities, including the preparation and implementation of the portfolio-wide strategy.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Management Director position is $130,000 annually or $62.50 per hour, and the maximum salary for the position is $185,000 annually or $88.95 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
