- Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to the established written guidelines and procedures.
- Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
- Responsible for the analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions.
- Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units.
- Process investment transactions to trust accounting system for Private Bank clients.
- Providing operational support and transaction processing for various product types and functions.
- Data entry, settlement, balancing, reconciliation, and reporting for various types of transaction to meet critical deadlines.
- Analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and/or exceptions, and works with appropriate Financial Advisors, Investment Managers, and Internal and External Business partners to provide problem resolutions for function-related items.
- Responding to complex client inquiries through numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
- Generating reports and data metric collection, procedure maintenance, as well as project or testing support. Required Skills:

- Exposure to DTC and Bank of New York Mellon is preferred.
- Previous Securities Industry experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding or knowledge of various Asset Types.
