Functional Title: Transaction Management Specialist Corporate Title: AVP Overtime Eligible (Y/N) N Department: CoC Green Infrastructure Finance Americas Reports To: (Position) Head of Lending - Americas Management Responsibilities: (Y/N) N Position Summary: The CoC Green Infrastructure Americas Transaction Management Specialist is responsible for the support and ongoing processing of the renewable energy transactions within the New York Portfolio and for the optimization of these transactions in accordance with the relevant control variables of the segment, division, and department. The CoC GIF Transaction Manager`s responsibilities also include the complete compliance with all regulatory tasks (KWG 18, KYC, etc.) arising from customer support, monitoring of the portfolio, coordinating amendments to transactions, and for the annual prolongation processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support in the monitor the portfolio with a focus on performance of existing project finance transaction, both during construction and while in operation, as well as evaluating and submitting amendment / consent / waiver requests to the credit function. Assist with annual prolongation tasks for the portfolio (update cash flow tool, market-side rating filling, structured file note, exercise of credit competence) Assist senior CoC GIF Transaction Manager with monitoring of CoC Green Infrastructure Finance Americas` revenues, costs, and capital charges are correctly reflected in the team's management accounts. To personally comply with all Group and Divisional policies and standards including, but not limited to, Compliance, Risk, Human Resources and Finance and to adhere to ComWerte. Experience /Qualifications/Education: Accounting or Finance qualification with 1 to 3 year's experience of providing portfolio management for a classification of assets. . Demonstrable ability to comprehend, analyse and explain complex financial structures. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proven experience of working in a team environment. Keen to develop knowledge of capital markets products and progress within a highly regarded team.
