Job Description:
As a detail-oriented and experienced Transaction Processing Associate, you will perform business support and technical tasks using strong data organization and coordination skills. Candidates with experience operating Falcon/OPEX-7200 scanners and a background in lockbox or mailroom processes are strongly preferred. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. WORKSITE: 5130 Parkway Plaza Blvd, Charlotte, NC WORK SCHEDULE: 3rd Shift Sun - Thu 10:00 pm - 6:30 amPAY RATE: $19.00 per hourWHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Capture and validate complex data with accuracy.
  • Pre-adjudicate documents and correct discrepancies in data.
  • Research and resolve issues, ensuring necessary information is prepared for subsequent processing.
  • Conduct extra searches and verify information across multiple source documents.
  • Return electronic forms to customers for additional details, as needed.
  • Follow up on pending documents and maintain an organized workflow.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Required: Experience with OPEX-150 or mailroom equipment.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Falcon/OPEX-7200 scanners and lockbox processing.
  • Strong data entry and document validation skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and select solutions within established guidelines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for exchanging ideas and information.
  • Ability to expand skills in analytical and operational processes.
  • Capable of working under moderate supervision while managing own workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
  • Proficient in handling a range of procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results that align with company goals.
  • Serve as an example through consistent performance and adherence to standardized practices.
