Excellent Property Management firm is seeking a Paralegal with Real Esate Transactional experience to join their team,
Qualifications include:
- ** 2-4 years experience real estate transaction experience**
- Experience with commercial ** real estate transactions**
- ** Paralegal Degree preferred**
- ** Experience out of a law firm a plus**
- Experience with real estate closings
- Loan documents
- Closing disclosures
- Provide support for bank pre-closing, closing and post closing residential real estate transactions
- MUST be extremely personable
- Detail oriented
Salary commensurate on experience, up to 70k
