Representing both borrowers and lenders in a variety of real estate transactions.2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate transaction documents including but not limited to purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loan agreements.3. Conducting comprehensive real estate due diligence including title and survey review, environmental assessments, and property inspections.4. Advising on real estate financing structures and strategies.5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in all real estate transactions.6. Providing strategic advice and guidance on a variety of real estate matters to senior management.7. Staying abreast of current trends, practices, and legislation in real estate law to ensure the company's compliance.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:1. A law degree from an accredited law school.2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.3. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in transactional real estate with a focus on borrower and lender representation.4. In-depth knowledge of real estate law, contract law, and corporate law.5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex real estate transactions.6.
