Responsibilities The Transfer Center/House Resource Nurse coordinates CV rapid response transfers from the initial call through patient discharge and follow-up, providing the highest quality of service to physicians, nurses, patients and other medical professionals. Responsible for physician referral relationships and retention. Development and marketing of hospital programs to physicians. Shift: Full Time Mid-Shift (10am - 10pm) Qualifications Education: Graduation from accredited program of nursing, BSN preferred. Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse with current state licensure. Current BLS certification required. ACLS training Preferred. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of continuous clinical experience in a critical/acute care setting with adult cardiology/cardiovascular nursing preferred. Program development experience desirable. As part of our nursing team, you are empowered to work collaboratively with our physicians and other caregivers, and play an integral role in setting the standard for excellence in patient care. With low, fixed nurse-to-patient ratios, our nursing team has time to get to know their patients and their families while providing the highest quality, safe, patient-focused care. Patient rooms are fully stocked with all necessary supplies and arranged in a circular, pod layout around each nursing station to streamline patient care and save our nursing team time.
