Key Performance Objectives
Deliver Comprehensive Care: Partner with women throughout all stages of life—from annual exams to maternity care and specialized gynecologic treatments. Your focus will be on providing personalized OB/GYN services that prioritize patient well-being, ensuring every interaction fosters a lifetime of health.
Collaborate in a Supportive Environment: Work alongside an experienced OB/GYN group, including 3 OB/GYN Physicians and 2 OB/GYN Hospitalists, with the support of midwives and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This collaborative structure allows for exceptional patient care and a fulfilling work experience.
Experience High Delivery Volumes: Participate in over 450 deliveries annually at United Memorial Medical Center, allowing you to hone your skills and develop strong patient relationships.
Engage in Teaching Opportunities: Contribute to the education of future providers through teaching roles within RRH's in-house Family Medicine Residency Program, helping to shape the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Board Eligibility/Certification Requirement: In accordance with our hospital bylaws, all employed physicians must achieve Board Eligibility or Board Certification from a recognized U.S. specialty board within five years of completing an ACGME-accredited residency program.
