Position Summary As a Transformation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the various organization-wide cross-functional initiatives to enhance effectiveness that ultimately improve operational and financial performance. In this role, you will enable the execution of these efforts through project management/tools, analytics, and presentations to guide communication, decision-making, and alignment toward goals and objectives. You will demonstrate exceptional communication and listening skills, while also working with an appropriate level of autonomy and direction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Other duties may be assigned.
  • Serve as the lead for select transformation initiatives or areas of focus across the enterprise, including but not limited to coordinating across stakeholders, developing project plans, preparing deliverables, tracking progress, and identifying risk and mitigating barriers to success.
  • Elicit innovative ideas and concepts organization-wide by using outside the box thinking.
  • Develop project related, as well as ad-hoc analyses and presentations for C-suite to assist in conveying key information and ideas.
  • Support key business processes through the use of appropriate process improvement and project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on identifying actionable insights for organizational improvements.
  • Support efforts in identifying strengths and areas for process improvement at the organization level, establishing links between business strategies and improvement initiatives and propose new business mode with supporting metrics and targets that provide data for process improvement measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes; make recommendations; lead initiatives as directed.
  • Support auditable controls and metrics to assure successful transition and sustainment of improvements and a way by which to measure progress of implemented processes.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Degree in Healthcare, Operations Management, or Business preferred.ExperienceDemonstrated experience in initiating, leading, and sustaining positive improvement across healthcare services.Experience managing large initiatives from start to finish. CompetenciesProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to do large data analytics and package them with meaningful insights. Must be able to follow and understand instructions and react favorably in all work situations.Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people. Physical Requirements
  • Walk, bend, twist, and reach above the shoulder frequently in an office setting.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift or carry and frequently push or pull up to 20 lbs. as part of the role
  • Regularly exposed to healthcare settings that may require personal protective equipment
  • Requires manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, calculator, copier machine, and other equipment.
