Collaboration & Interaction: Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. Experienced Specialist (Hourly) RequirementsRequirements:
- Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience assembling motors
- Ability to read instructions or blueprints
- Strong communication skills
