We are seeking a Transitional Living Specialist to join our dedicated team at our transitional living home for male youth. This is a pivotal role in supporting young men as they navigate life after leaving youth development centers or other residential placements.Salary: $43,000+, based on education and experience.What is a Transitional Living Home?MHCs Transitional Living Homes offer a supportive, structured environment for teens on probation who cannot return home safely.
