Job Salary:An employee in this position can expect a salary of $70,000 to $75,000. We are also extending a $4,000 sign-on for hires to support our Transplant clinic.Schedule:Weekdays 1:30pm-10pm; Saturdays 9am-6pm or 1:30pm-10pm; Alternating Sundays 9am-6pm (5-day work week). Please note: Training schedule will be for 6 weeks, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm.Job Purpose:The Company is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter who is looking for a challenging career with a fast-growing company in the specialty pharmacy management services. We are seeking experienced pharmacy technicians. Applicant must be reliable, tolerant, and determined; an empathetic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Most importantly, person must be able to work as a member of a close-knit team.Experience/ Education:Required Licensure/Certification: We are seeking experienced pharmacy technicians. Nationally certified as a CPhT is preferred but not requiredYears of Experience: Required 2 years, Preferred 3-5 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician; must be in good standing and in current role for 6 months at Shields.Education: High School Diploma or GED requiredSpecialties: Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology a plus
