Under the direction of the Accounting Supervisor, the AP Clerk is responsible for all accounts payable activities to ensure timely payment of vendor and subcontractor invoices as well as employee reimbursements.

Required Skills

• General accounting knowledge and understanding of AP processes
• Proficient in relevant computer software including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Viewpoint accounting software preferred

Required Experience

3+ years of accounting experience required. Construction experience is a plus!
