Position: Transport NurseLocation: Bus Route from Milford to Out-of-District SchoolSchedule: 2024 - 2025 School YearMonday - Friday, 7:00 am - 10:00 am & 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm* Note: Wednesday p.m. route is 12:00 pm - 3:00 p.m.* Please note the possibility of splitting the position between 2 people if possible or preferred.Salary: $30.00 per hourQualifications:* Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse* Experience with special needs students with complex medical needsRESPONSIBILITIES:* Accompany special needs student during daily van transportation to and from school* Administration and documentation of all prescribed medical treatments for student if/when given during transport* Collaborate with building nurse in implementation of Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP)* Assist in all aspects of daily living activities for student with complex medical needs during transport
