Job OverviewPlease double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.The San Mateo County program is a 3-4 month residential program serving up to 12 men, 15 women, and 5 women with as many as 6 children. All clients are residents of San Mateo County. Clients receive substance abuse counseling and psycho-educational groups, life skills as well as weekly individual therapy.
Transportation Care Coordinators are responsible for the transportation needs of clients following all applicable federal and state driving laws. The Coordinators ensure that clients are safely transported to and from various locations related to their treatment needs, as well as maintaining all applicable transportation documentation. The Coordinators also support house functions such as transporting supplies to and from facilities, participating in food bank services, and cleaning and maintaining vehicle records.
