Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years shipping experience
- Basic computer skills required, excel preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Knowledge of customers' shipping requirements, routing guides and delivery windows
- Familiarity with Oracle TMS & ERP (preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide transportation support globally
- Plan shipments using OTM (Oracle Transportation Management System)
- Review shipments and resolve shipment planning issues
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, brokers, and suppliers
- Schedule and manage Customer Routed shipments via email, phone or customer portal systems
- Resolve and file claims with carriers
- Provide customers or PLD associates with freight tracking and POD requests
- Assist with shipping needs when needed (print BOLs, check orders, etc.)
- All other duties as assigned by management
