Transportation Coordinator/Driver

The Transportation Coordinator/ Driver loads, transports, and unloads patients for medical appointments and activity outings in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements High school graduate or equivalent Valid drivers license or valid commercial drivers license in current State, as applicable, with a satisfactory driving record per Life Care standards. CDL Required Prior experience in health care or geriatrics preferred Specific Job Requirements Complete pre inspections before use of vehicle Monitor regular maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department Perform proficiently in all competency areas i...Transportation, Coordinator, Driver, Transport, Commercial Driver
