Neffsville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Transportation Coordinator to join our team in Lancaster, PA. Shift Details: - Full-Time: Monday - Friday- Pay Rate: $15.00/hour ### Key Responsibilities - Coordinate Appointments: Schedule and confirm residents' medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential services. - Manage Transportation: Arrange reliable transportation to ensure timely arrivals and departures. - Communicate Effectively: Act as the primary liaison between residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff regarding appointment details and updates. - Maintain Records: Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation of appointments, transportation arrangements, and resident needs. - Problem-Solve: Address scheduling conflicts promptly, ensuring continuity of care. - Support Families: Provide families with updates and guidance, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience. - Administrative Assistance: Assist with related administrative duties to support resident care as needed. ### Qualifications - Licensure: Valid driver's license in good standing and the ability to pass a PA D.O.T Physical. - Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or geriatrics is a plus. - Preferred Credentials: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification preferred but not required. - Strong organizational and communication skills. ### What We Offer We value our team and strive to provide a comprehensive and affordable benefits package.
