Your role will involve:
- Conducting detailed research, analyzing data, and preparing plans to support innovative design solutions.
- Performing field reviews to identify opportunities and constraints.
- Collaborating with senior staff to create CAD-generated designs and compelling visual exhibits.
- Providing cost estimates, documentation, and quality checks for project accuracy.
- Contributing to projects that enhance communities while ensuring safety and sustainability.
- Adhering to all quality and safety standards.
- Making recommendations and demonstrating analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Building professional connections through client meetings and networking.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, but not required
- Experience: 2-12 years of experience
- Certifications: Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Occasional evening work may be required as job duties demand.TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day.•Must have a valid driver's license and possess a driving record that will enable the employee to be insurable under the Company's standard vehicle insurance and general comprehensive liability insurance without additional costs to the Company.Supervisor ResponsibilityThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Salary Description $70,000-$120,000
