Job DescriptionI am partnered with an award-winning, multi-disciplined firm that offers a full range of services to both public and private sector clients and they are looking to add a Transportation Lead. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects, prepare and monitor budgets, project scheduling, etc.
- Perform business development to maintain and grow our relationship with the MDOT clients and teaming partners
- Participate at MDOT workshops, meetings, and events.
- Mentor Senior Project Managers, or other Project Managers, in developing work scopes, budgets, and staff assignments
- Provide support and project lead for planning, design, and reporting on various transportation projects
- Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets for various projects, primarily for MDOT.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years of MDOT design experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Willingness to travel throughout Michigan for business development and project meetings
- Comfortable speaking at client and public events
