Description
  • managing the accurate and timely execution of time and payroll administration for Transportation Business Development and Transportation Operations corporate offices
  • planning and coordinating HR/Administrative processes and corporate community efforts within the department
  • providing clerical and administrative support for Transportation Business Development and Transportation Operations department personnel
  • supporting the Freight Compliance Analyst and performing back-up duties for this position
  • auditing a random sampling of unloading services purchase orders for Merchandise Payables and validating charges are accurate and
  • resolving issues related to unloading charges and third-party vendors

Preferred Qualifications
  • current Orlando Distribution associate
  • have an associate's degree in Business, Transportation or a related field or equivalent experience and
  • have three years' clerical experience working in Transportation
