Job Description
**Transportation Recording Clerk III (Rail) Decatur, IL**
This is a full time, non- exempt position
**Position Summary:**
The transportation billing clerk will play a critical role in processing rail bill of ladings and support ADM business units to execute rail shipments.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
* Accurately problem solve to resolve discrepancies
* Manage internal and external customer relationships
* Cross train on other responsibilities within the team
* Work in IBM, RMS and various rail road websites
* Meet deadlines
**Job Requirements:**
* H.S diploma required plus 2 years office experience preferred
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Attention to detail with ability to problem solve discrepancies
* Organization and time management skills
* Ability to set goals, prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
* Must be able to read, comprehend and communicate effectively
* Knowledge of IBM (IMS & CICS) preferred
* Knowledge of rail bill of ladings is a plus
Relocation is not available with this position.
