(full-time only)Earn 8 bonus hours of PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)6 Observed Holidays + 1 Floating HolidayUp to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of studyTake home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employmentMedical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employeesHave fun with contests and employee appreciation events every monthEssential Functions of Transportation Specialist - Certified Nursing Assistant:Transports residents, staff, volunteers, and others to scheduled events.Coordinates transportation services with appropriate staff membersAssists residents in and out of the vehicle, using proper safety proceduresOperates mechanical lift as required for wheelchair bound patientsFollows written and verbal before leaving center with residentsObtain appropriate paperwork before leaving center with residentAssess and correct inappropriate resident appearance before leaving centerFollow Resident's RightsFollow center safety protocolDress professional and represent the center in a professional mannerMonitors and reports necessary mechanical maintenance needed to ensure safe operations of vehicle, including reporting of any mechanical problems encountered with vehiclesInspects and maintains vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working conditionsMaintains records such as vehicle logs and destinations are requiredReports any issues or problem that may arise to the Transportation Coordinator and AdministratorComplies with state, federal and all other applicable health care and safety standardsPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications of Transportation Specialist - Certified Nursing Assistant:Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience is preferredCNA certification is required!Valid State Insurance and LicenseMust be able to operate a vehicleMust be CPR certified EEO Statement:Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
