What you'll do as a Luxury Travel Advisor:
* Consult and collaborate with customers while planning their travel needs, domestic and international, by phone or in person.
* Research destinations/tour programs to meet client desires and expectations.
* Design and sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, tours, custom land itineraries, air, car, and hotel. To help you close sales, we offer a full range of domestic and international travel products with our Virtuoso partners, plus exclusive Provident Travel client benefits.
* Comply with all ARC regulations and ACA policies and procedures in the collection and handling of assets.
* Provide first in class customer service and problem resolution, prepare and review invoices, final itineraries and documents for distribution to clients.
* Assists with routine administrative assistance and other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least one year of professional experience, travel industry experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service
* Sales driven and goal oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
* Ability to effectively multi-task, with a strong attention to detail
* Working knowledge of Windows based computer applications and internet proficiency and ability to learn and use multiple programs/systems.
