System One is working with a well-established company that is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Agent to join their team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent reservation experience, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in operating Sabre GDS software. Additionally, candidates must possess a basic understanding of AIMS (Airline Inventory Management System) and HOTAC (Hotel and Accommodation) modules. This role is fully onsite. The working hours are Friday through Monday 4am-2pm.Responsibilities: Utilize Sabre GDS software to book flights, hotels, cars, and other travel reservations for corporate clientsProvide exemplary customer service by actively listening to clients' needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experienceMonitor and manage travel policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and budget constraintsCollaborate with travel vendors to negotiate contracts and secure the best deals on behalf of clientsStay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to offer informed recommendationsMaintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and client communicationsAssist with itinerary changes, cancellations, schedule modifications, and emergency situationsRequirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel agent or administrative positionProficient in using Sabre GDS software to handle flight, hotel, and rental car reservations preferred but not requiredStrong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficientlyProficient in ExcelComfortable working with AIMS and HOTAC modules for airline inventory management and hotel accommodationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust pass a comprehensive background check, including a 10-year history verification and a FAA-mandated fingerprint criminal history records checkCompensation:$15 - $17.20 per hour depending on experience
