Preferable for all, but required for the following units: LTACH, ICU, ED, Cath Lab/EP lab) BLS - Basic Life Support (Comments: AHA only) PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Comments: Required for ER and Brain Injury units. AHA only) State License 1 Verification (Comments: Primary source verification required. State license is not required for CNAs or PCTs) NIH Stroke Certification (Comments: Required for all RN candidates except for OR and Family Birth Place.
