Certification DetailsBLSACLSARRTMD Board of Physicians certifiedState License 1 VerificationJob DetailsCath Lab Tech - 4x9 DayShift:0700-4:30PM 4 x 9 days M-FOn Call/Weekend Requirements:On call :10 shifts/month:1 Friday per month and 6 M-Thurs on call per month; 3 24-hour weekend call shifts per month (no other weekend requirement)Float Requirement:Job RequirementsBLSACLSARRTMD Board of Physicians certified2 years of experience required with Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, ASD Closures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Right heart catheterization, and Temporary PacemakerElectrophysiology (EP) Lab, interventional radiology and special procedures experience preferred ; ep lab skills preferred to include insertion and programming of AICDs, pacemaker insertion and cardiac ablationmust have experience with Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose) with procedural Skills Preferred:Isolation Precautions, Use of Rapid Response team1 prior travel assignment requiredSchedule InformationLocal Rate within 60 Miles of facility Must start on or before 12/2 for higher rate Unit Specific InformationUnit requires experience with Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab procedures, Electrophysiology Lab skills, and other specific competencies.Additional Details This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine .
