Certification Details- Certs: ACLS, BLS, RCIS
- ACLS required for ER, ICU, and Cath Lab
- Required for Echo Tech, not required for Lab
- Required for ER and Paramedics
- As required.
- CL please refer to the Allied Licensure Report in NOVA for Qualifying all Allied Professionals (anything non-RN, LPN).
- ASCP cert required for Cytotechnologist candidates. ASCP (MT/MLS) or AMT(MT) required for lab techs. Certification not required for Phlebotomists or Patient Care Techs.
- Aya HIPAA Required.
- For Subs: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable.
- Required for Ortho RNs. They will take a basic rhythm test onsite; if they don't pass, they get remediation and take again.
- Required - Primary Source Verification.
- Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs).
- Required for ER and ICU travelers. Certification good for 1 year.

- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam

Job Details- Community hospital with 2 cath labs. Perform cardiac and peripheral procedures to include diagnostic and PCI. 24hour a day/7 days a week. STEMI call.

Schedule Information- Call: 8-10 days of call per month.
- 1-2 weekends of call per month

- Please require if nurse is working on a compact license.
