About The Position**Job Title:** Cath Lab Technologist**Job Specialty:** Invasive Cardiac Technologist**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** 4x10-hour shifts, primarily days with some late evening and on-call requirements**Guaranteed Hours:** Information not specified**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience required**License:** Must meet the requirements to be grandfathered into Public Health law 2824**Certifications:**- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through CCI or ARRT (prefers ARRT)- BLS (AHA)- COVID vaccine card showing completed COVID series**Must-Have:** Good organizational skills and ability to function in multiple roles of the procedure team, including scrub, circulator, and documenter**Job Description:**- Assist with heart surgery in a Cardiac Cath/EP Lab as a Surgical Technologist- Prepare the procedure room and sterile field for surgical procedures- Set up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment- Anticipate equipment required during procedures and operate equipment efficiently- Maintain sterile instruments throughout procedures- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards9384562EXPPLAT
