**Job Title:** CT Technologist **Job Specialty:** Diagnostic Radiology **Job Duration:** 11 Months **Shift:** Night - 5x7 - 4 PM to 12:30 AM, with alternating weekends & holidays **Guaranteed Hours:** 35 Hours per week **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred **License:** Valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by NYSDOH **Certifications:** ARRT certification in Computed Tomography required, BLS preferred **Must-Have:** Knowledge of relevant equipment and 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist **Job Description:**- Conduct CT scans and produce diagnostic images for interpretation.- Ensure adherence to safety protocols to minimize exposure to radiation.- Maintain operational competency with all CT equipment and protocols.- Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure.- Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.- Ensure detailed documentation and records of procedures.- Attend and complete a 2-week training, including an EPIC class. - Participate in in-person interviews. **Skills Required:**- Proficiency in conducting CT scans- Strong attention to detail- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Speak, Read, Write)- Excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
