Job Title: Rad Tech Job Specialty: CT (Computed Tomography) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid - 3x12 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11:30 AM - 12:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Oregon State License required Certifications: ARRT (R) (CT), BLS Must-Have: - Ability to float from CT to radiology - Experience with general x-ray, portables, OR, and all CT scans (excluding biopsies) - Ability to start IVs Job Description: - Perform imaging and CT scans, handling an average of 15-20 CT scans and 20-30 radiology studies per day. - Operate GE equipment for both CT and Radiology. - Utilize McKesson PACS and Meditech EMR systems. - Cover radiology duties when needed. - Follow the dress code, with scrubs provided by the facility. - Participate in department-specific orientation on the first day. - Work under the guidance of the Lead Techs, Jack and Summer. - Weekday operations involve support from registered radiology assistants. - During graveyard shifts (8 PM - 8 AM), CT radiologist support is remote. - Fulfill holiday requirements if the shift falls on a holiday. - No call or standby requirement.
