Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Echo Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Bachelors of Science preferred; HS diploma or Equivalent required Current Registry status At least 2 years as an Echocardiographer preferred Ability to grasp firmly with both hands and lift up to twenty (20) pounds routinely throughout the shift. Standing, walking, sitting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, twisting, reaching, handling, kneeling, and wrist and digital dexterity. Patient lifting, ambulating, and transfer of patients in wheelchairs, on gurneys and beds, and for use of mechanical lifts. Speaking, hearing, and visual acuity to perform tests on patients and receive and interpret instructions.
