Certification Details MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only Job Details Minimum of 3 years PERM CSFA experience. Able to assist in general ortho, plastics, vascular neuro, robots Contracted CSFA will be required to complete credentialing process through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years PERM CSFA experience. AHA BLS - current MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only Schedule Information Shift Time: 8am-630p On-Call: 1-2 times per week after shift until 0700. Required to take call 1 weekend (24hrs Saturday and 24hrs Sunday) per 6-week schedule. Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment. OR Tech First Assistants (CSFA) and RNFAs are required to have a Driver's License.
