We are seeking a dedicated and flexible **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to join our primary care team in Lafollette, TN. This position is ideal for an experienced LPN with a **valid Tennessee or compact nursing license** who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. ### **Position Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of hospital or equivalent healthcare experience. - **License:** Active Tennessee or compact state LPN license. - **Residency:** Must reside more than **50 miles** from Lafollette, TN 37766. - **Flexibility:** Willingness to float as needed to ensure seamless patient care. - **Schedule:** Day shift availability with a flexible approach to patient and clinic needs. ### **Responsibilities:** - Deliver compassionate and high-quality care in a primary care setting. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement and follow care plans. - Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and documentation. - Support smooth clinic operations by being adaptable to floating needs.
