This full•time position primarily involves day shifts.Responsibilities:• Deliver high•quality patient care at home.• Adapt to changes in territory assignments.• Potential for contract extension.Requirements:• Current MA LVN License.• BLS Certification.• 2+ years of experience in Home Health.• Experience with OASIS; familiarity with HCHB preferred.Additional Information:• No on•call duties.• Flexible scrub color.• Weekly pay cycle.• 1:1 patient ratio.• Orientation provided.The role may involve travel within the Concord, Waltham, and Acton areas, with potential floating based on patient census.
