**Job Title:** Mammography Technologist**Job Specialty:** Radiology Diagnostic**Job Duration:** 9 weeks**Shift:** Day - 8 AM to 4 PM**Guaranteed Hours:** 37.5 hours per week**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist and Radiologic Technologist**License:** A valid license as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the NYSDOH**Certifications:** Post-primary certification in Mammography issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required; Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred**Must-Have:** - 1 year of experience in Mammography Technology - Proficiency in relevant equipment **Job Description:**- Perform diagnostic radiology and mammography procedures- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations- Operate and maintain imaging equipment- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members- Work during weekends and holidays as required- Participate in both in-person and virtual interviews if necessary- Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spokenPlease note that a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
