About The PositionOpportunity DetailsMedicus has partnered with a medical center in western New York that has an opening for a Cardiologist to provide locum coverage. Opening Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday 7a to following Monday 7a, 1-2 weeks per month
- Weekday Hours: 7:30a-4:30p
- Evening Call: 4:30p-7:30a
- Weekend Call: Friday 4:30p to Monday 7a
- Patient Volume: 10 per day
- Patient Population: 18+
- Facility: 256 total beds, 20 ICU beds
- Required Procedures: Echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and stress echo
- Resident and medical student supervision required
- Team: 3 non-invasive cardiologists
- EMR: Flex and Merge Cardio
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
