About The Position**Job Title:** General Medicine Provider**Job Specialty:** General Medicine**Job Duration:** 13**Shift:** Days PRN - as needed basis**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** No minimum years specified**License:** Active and unrestricted full license in Utah**Certifications:** Board Certified**Must-Have:**- Own personal laptop (no MACs)- Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions**Job Description:**- Seeking providers to perform Compensation Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments- Options to travel and perform exams at designated facilities or schedule within your own practice- Conduct exams primarily through interviews and some physical assessments (e.g., range of motion testing, muscle strength testing)- No prescribing or treatment involved- Quick credentialing and onboarding process with required DMA certification training (CME credits available)- Training provided for Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)- Record review required, follow-up administrative work may include addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics- Evaluations completed via secure online portal- Familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardio conditions is necessary- Availability to work flexible hours with a half-day (4-hour) or full-day (8-hour) schedule- Willing to travel to other locations if needed- Upon credentialing completion, a two-hour PEP session/training will be required before conducting examsPlease ensure the provided home address is current and that a copy of the ECFMG certificate is available if education was completed abroad.1587574EXPTEMP
